Shipping

How do I calculate shipping cost?

Shipping cost is included in the total for all our store products. 

Meaning that we offer free shipping to Australia. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We will send you a tracking URL when the order has been shipped.

Can I request my order to be redirected?
You will need to contact the postal service with your shipment ID. 

Returns

Can I exchange a product?

We offer exchanges on products that are eligible under our return policy. 

 

How do I return a product?
Contact us within 7 business days of receiving your item. Please note that your item must be eligible. You must provide proof of purchase upon contacting us. 

 

Can I get a refund on a faulty item? 
Faulty items are eligible for returns and exchanges only. Please see our Return policy. 

Payment Methods 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa/MasterCard, Afterpay and PayPal. Please note that we do not offer returns/exchanges through Afterpay method of payment.

How do I apply a promo code?
If you have received a promo code you can apply it upon checkout. 

When will my promo code expire?

If you have a promo code, it will have an expiration date on the coupon.

If there is no date, it has no expiration date and will only expire once it has been used.
