If you have not contacted us within the deadline of receiving your product.
Change of mind on items.
If the Returned Product can easily be shipped or returned, then you are responsible for organising for the Returned Product to be returned to us. If the Returned Product is eligible for a replacement or refund under the terms of this Policy, then we will send the replacement the item for you and reimburse you for the shipping cost.
How to return products?
You must contact us with an enquiry within 7 Business days of receiving the item. If you fail to contact us within the deadline you will not be eligible for a return/exchange.

Unless otherwise defined in our sole discretion, we shall pay all refunds in the same form as the original purchase or to the same account or credit card used to make the original purchase.
